Velvet does not photograph well, but it is beautiful for evening wear - capturing different rays of light, looking like different shades of mauve pink - from deep pink to lavender. 24k gold plated hardware is really deep yellow, and the smaller frame makes the standard 24k gold plated turnlock look substantially large.
The Chain is very special in that it is a quadruple chain - four (4) rows of 24k gold plated fused chains woven with gold lambskin, which matches the pale gold interior.

This item is in excellent condition with very few signs of normal use. The velvet fabric does not photograph well, and therefore the photos will seem uneven, but it really depends on the way the velvet fibers are pressed/capture light. Corners are clean with no rubbing or scuffing. Hardware is clean and shiny. It is a deep, yellow 24k gold plated hardware which is impossible now to find in stores as it is no longer produced.
